The Dracut Scholarship Foundation is comprised of 26 Directors. No Director or officer receive any compensation of any
kind for their service – the DSF is strictly a volunteer organization. Included in the Board of Directors are the following
officers: President, 2 Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Historian, Trust Officer
and Citizen’s Scholarship Foundation Coordinator. In addition, the Board of Directors may also consist of as many
Emeritus Directors as approved by a majority vote of the Board.
Directors are selected from the membership at large for a period of three years. In the case of vacancies for any cause,
the Selection Committee will review all applications on file and make a recommendation to the remaining members of the
Board of Directors. The Directors shall then elect a Director and/or Officer to fill out the unexpired term.
